About GOSSEN Foto- und Lichtmesstechnik
GOSSEN Foto- und Lichtmesstechnik GmbH, headquartered in Nuremberg, is a manufacturer of measurement devices for light and exposure. The product range comprises three product lines: spectral photometry (e.g. Mavospec spectrometers), photometry (illuminance and luminance meters such as MAVOLUX and MAVO SPOT 2 USB) and photography (exposure meters such as DIGIPRO F2 and SIXTOMAT F2). In addition to standard products, the company develops and manufactures customized OEM solutions. At its Nuremberg site, it operates a DAkkS-accredited calibration laboratory for illuminance, which offers factory calibrations, DAkkS calibrations and UV-A calibrations for NDT measuring devices in its own Light Lab. The offering is complemented by repair service, spare parts shipping, product take-back and professional disposal. The measuring devices and calibration services are used, among other things, in light measurement technology, photography, medical technology, horticulture lighting, museums, sports facility lighting, emergency lighting, traffic engineering and quality assurance.
