Company
Gottlob Dietz GmbH is a mid-sized company with around 100 employees that has been manufacturing technically high-quality rubber molded parts with a focus on diaphragms since 1976. The product portfolio includes shutoff diaphragms, metering and pump diaphragms as well as rubber molded parts – as pure rubber diaphragms, with fabric reinforcement made of polyester, polyamide or Nomex, with PTFE/TFM lamination, and as rubber-metal and rubber-plastic composite parts. Production is carried out on hydraulic presses and injection molding machines in sizes up to 300 x 300 mm; calender rolls, die cutting and strip cutters round out the machine park. Lot sizes range from approx. 1 piece to 10,000 pieces, from pre-series to large-scale series. All common elastomers with KTW, FDA and W270 conformity are processed, as well as special elastomers and custom compounds. Customers come primarily from the valve and pump industry, the drinking water sector, and the food and pharmaceutical industries. All manufacturing takes place in Germany at the Neuenstadt and Pfedelbach sites. Since 1990, the company has accepted waste for recycling and reprocesses raw material residues.
