Gottwald GmbH & Co KG was founded in 1979 as a two-person company under the name Elektro Hürm and is today a family business with over 300 employees in the field of electrical installation and systems engineering. Its portfolio of services covers electrical installation, distribution and switchboard construction up to 6000 A, measurement, control and regulation technology (MSR), security technology with fire alarm systems, access control, lightning protection and smoke and heat extraction systems (RWA), photovoltaics and e-charging stations, media technology, communications and IT cabling as well as energy monitoring. In addition to planning, project management and installation, the company offers material sales, maintenance, service and repair. Reference customers include Welser Profile, WU Vienna and Vienna General Hospital (AKH Wien). The head office with warehouse has been located in Melk since 2012, complemented by branches in Parndorf and Ramsau am Dachstein. Quality management has been certified to ISO 9001 since 2000.
