About the GPMC
The Global Production Management Center (GPMC) is a consulting, network and solutions provider for production management of industrial companies. The offering includes tailored consulting projects ranging from production strategy and global footprint, production transformation, process optimization and operational excellence to production concepts, digitalization and AI, PPC and simulation as well as ramp-up management. In addition, the GPMC operates three industry communities (Global Production, Production Systems, Production Analytics), conducts consortium benchmarkings and develops its own software tools under the MIORI brand, including MIORI Process Flow and MIORI Line Simulation. Further training is provided through seminars and certificate courses. The company is based on the RWTH Aachen Campus and cooperates with the Werkzeugmaschinenlabor WZL (Laboratory for Machine Tools and Production Engineering) of RWTH Aachen. Member and customer companies include, among others, Miele, Weidmüller, Phoenix Contact, GEA, HILTI and Henkel. The location is Campus-Boulevard 30 in Aachen.
