About GPPO
GPPO is an engineering partner for the automotive industry based in Remchingen (Baden-Württemberg). The company supports customers from the prototype phase through to production start-up, offering continuous, goal-oriented planning for the vehicles of tomorrow. The range of services includes Advanced Engineering with component design, tolerance analyses and finished GD&T; process analyses covering the joining sequence, the holding concept and the geometric connection points of the sub-assemblies up to the complete body-in-white; as well as the creation of the reference point system (RPS) with the required component tolerances, a continuous clamping and fixing concept (SFK) and a measurement concept for individual parts and assemblies. During start-up support, GPPO accompanies the ramp-up of the production line with regard to quality figures, cycle time achievement and process optimization.
