About Graculus Industries
Graculus Industries is an entrepreneurial initiative under construction with site responsibility based in Vienna. The initiative aims to acquire a European industrial company owned by its founder or a family and to develop it over the long term, with a particular focus on the Alpine region and the surrounding industrial regions. Sought are established, profitable manufacturers, engineering and industrial technology companies with sustainable EBITDA of up to €3 million and European or international sales. Graculus invests the team's own capital, without a predetermined exit strategy, and supports the acquired company in expanding its team, systems, products and markets, as well as with complementary acquisitions. The three-person team brings over €7 billion in professional transaction experience and more than 50 years of combined experience in transactions, ownership and operations. A separate legal entity does not yet exist at the present time.
