About GradeSens
GradeSens AG is a Swiss technology company based in Fribourg, specialized in predictive condition monitoring and predictive analytics for industrial systems. The company develops and manufactures the wireless data acquisition system LYRA with vibration sensors (LYRASens), interfaces for analog and IO-Link sensors (LYRALink), gateways (LYRAGate) and a sub-GHz mesh network (LYRAMesh). The cloud platform MoonStone (Blue, Insight, Snooper, Dash) consolidates the data, calculates KPIs using classical and AI-based algorithms, and creates digital twins of machines. The services offered include engineering and data engineering, data acquisition and validation, monitoring as a service, condition monitoring services as well as software licensing and partnership models. Application areas are high-bay and vertical conveyors, cranes, power units, water turbines and generators, wind turbines, tunnels, ropeways and elevators in the logistics, energy and manufacturing industries. GradeSens works with strategic partners such as Andritz Hydro, Harmony Solutions and Contrinex as well as academic partners such as ROSAS (HEIA-FR) and HES-SO.
