Gräf Verbindungsteile GmbH is a family-owned company located in Bitburg in the South Eifel and has established itself as a specialist for special fasteners. The company manufactures precision fasteners, turned and milled parts as well as special screws and nuts from special materials. Its range of services includes standard parts according to DIN, ISO, EN and ANSI in sizes M1.6 to M140 (part lengths 5 mm to 1100 mm), drawing and sample parts to customer specifications, as well as heat treatment and surface treatment. Production comprises CNC turning and milling, hot forming on presses, center and cylindrical grinding, thread rolling, deep-hole drilling as well as die sinking and wire EDM. Customers come from industries such as plant engineering, shipbuilding, power plant technology, chemical industry, pump and valve technology, pressure vessel construction and offshore. An extensive in-house material warehouse with special materials from qualified European manufacturers enables fast delivery times from single-piece solutions and small series to the full product range.

Available tests include hardness testing (Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers), roughness and coating thickness measurement, material mix-up testing, PT/MT, ultrasonic testing, impact testing, proof load testing, dimensional inspection and first article inspections; acceptance test certificates according to EN 10204 (2.1, 2.2, 3.1, 3.2) by approved inspection bodies such as DNV-GL, Bureau Veritas, TÜV and Lloyd's Register.
