Gräml Maschinen- und Werkzeugbau GmbH is a medium-sized family-owned company based in Kirchenreinbach in the Upper Palatinate. Since 1984, the company has been manufacturing turned and milled parts according to sample or drawing, predominantly as single-unit production and small series. The manufacturing spectrum includes conventional turning up to 3000 mm in diameter and 4500 mm turning length, cycle-controlled turning, CNC milling and a machining center. In addition, the company manufactures and repairs gears, lead screws and piston rods, planes and slots grooves, and assembles machine components according to drawing or sample. Using a mobile turning and milling device, bore repairs are carried out on-site on construction machinery such as wheel loaders and excavators within a radius of around 100 km. Materials machined include aluminium, all types of steel including stainless steel, brass, copper, bronze and plastics; heat treatments are performed on request via a trading partner. Since 2003, the company has been a distribution partner for technical gases of Linde AG.
