About us
The Gräter Einrichtungshaus is a family business founded in 1859 in Schwäbisch Hall, today run by Ulrike Gräter as a sole proprietorship. The range includes modern and antique furniture, carpets, decorative fabrics, lights, curtains as well as decorative items and accessories. In addition, the company offers its own workshops: in the in-house sewing workshop, curtains and drapes are traditionally sewn and finished by hand, the upholstery workshop re-upholsters or re-covers furniture pieces, and the joinery repairs and restores antique as well as modern wooden furniture. Custom-made carpets tailored to customer requirements are also possible. Consultation is provided both in the two historic exhibition buildings on Mauerstraße – a building from 1450 that formerly served as a tannery and saddler's workshop – and directly at the customer's premises.
