About us
Gräwo Diamantwerkzeuge GmbH, based in Tuntenhausen in Upper Bavaria, has been manufacturing ultra-precision machining tools such as PCD milling cutters, CBN chisels, steady rests, indexable inserts as special tools, and CBN engraving styli for over 30 years. The company specializes in tools with ultra-hard cutting materials such as PCD (polycrystalline diamond) and CBN (cubic boron nitride), which are particularly suitable for machining green ceramics, graphite, Kevlar and carbon (CFRP). The depth of value added covers all production stages from the basic body to the resharpening service. In addition, a fast soldering service including vacuum soldering as well as contract manufacturing in wire EDM are offered. The company provides advice on cutting material, cutting geometry, cutting data and production conditions, manufactures according to customer drawings, and provides test tools for new materials as analysis tools, which are evaluated together with the customer.
