About Graf-Extrutec
Graf-Extrutec is a Berlin-based company for the design and manufacture of extrusion tools as well as the production of sealing profiles made from TPE-S, TPE-V, PVC and TPU. Manufacturing covers mono-, co- and tri-extrusion on four extrusion lines, with profiles produced in hardness grades from 10 Shore A to 50 Shore D; colour options are available for all materials. The in-house toolmaking department produces production-ready extrusion tools based on current CAD design, using a machine park comprising a machining centre, wire EDM machines and conventional drilling, milling, turning and grinding machines. Customers are supported from consultation and toolmaking through to series production; projects have been implemented for various renowned sealing manufacturers. The sealing profiles serve the automotive and construction industries as well as technical special applications. Production and company headquarters are located at two sites in Berlin.
