Founded in 1967, grapho metronic Mess- und Regeltechnik GmbH is an OEM partner specializing in the development, manufacturing, integration and maintenance of highly precise in-process measurement systems based on optical sensors. Originally established as a system partner of the printing industry for automating and stabilizing the offset printing process, the company has expanded its portfolio since 2015 and operates as an independent manufacturer of measurement and control systems for all sectors of Industry 4.0. The offering includes customized system components for measurement and control in industrial plants, camera systems for the dimensional, non-contact measurement of components, and a universal sensor platform with its own API for easy integration. Application fields range from spectral measurement, layer thickness measurement, structure measurement and surface measurement to optical final inspection, including laser welding, grinding processes, punch-bending technology, additive manufacturing and special machinery construction. All systems are manufactured at the Munich site and individually tailored to the requirements of customers and industries; delivery is worldwide.
