Who we are

Greentech Plastics ltd. is a family-run plastic recycling and packaging company based in Limerick, Ireland, with three sites in Ireland and the United Kingdom. The company specializes in recovering pure plastic regrind from waste generated by the medical device industry. A proprietary technical separation process produces food-grade PCR plastics (Post-Consumer Recyclate) in virgin quality, in particular rPP. All rPP-PCR materials are covered by a No-Objection Letter from the US FDA. Through its Greentech Packaging division, sustainable food packaging is manufactured from 100 % PCR plastic, including design, prototyping and IML finishing with customer branding. The business model is designed around short distances: the processing sites are located directly next to the waste suppliers, and customers are supplied locally to minimize emissions and transport costs. All materials are documented with full traceability; the processes are RecyClass certified.
