Expertise in gas handling since 1924
Greggersen Gasetechnik GmbH was founded in 1924 in Hamburg as a repair workshop for welding equipment and has been family-owned for over 100 years. The company develops and manufactures components and devices for handling critical and compressed gases in three business divisions: medical technology (e.g. the Kolibri 2 compressed gas regulator, Falke pressure reducers, Skua and Pirol vacuum regulators, Habicht emergency supply units), central gas supply (CEGA systems) and industrial and welding technology (oxy-fuel technology, e.g. Ergomax, Micromax, Macromax). Manufacturing at the Hamburg site comprises CNC turning on Index machines, sawing, deburring, assembly and final inspection. Materials processed include anodized aluminium, stainless steel V2A and 1.4404 (V4A) as well as plastics for control elements. As a medical device manufacturer, the company operates in accordance with ISO 13485 and the MDR (Class IIa) and manufactures to DIN standards such as DIN 13260, DIN EN ISO 5359 and DIN EN ISO 10079-3. Sales and maintenance are handled through a network of authorized specialized dealers, with deliveries made worldwide.
