Who are we?
Greiner-Hiero GmbH is a family business founded in 1986 focusing on elevators, automatic doors, gates, barrier systems, smoke ventilation systems and fire protection technology. The range of services includes professional installation of the systems including commissioning, maintenance and upkeep as well as inspection in accordance with current guidelines. In addition, the company offers a customer service with 24-hour service for fault clearance; the response time from fault report to fault clearance is in most cases less than 24 hours. The company is independent and not bound to other firms, but works with a broad network of suppliers and partners, including Hörmann, whose garage doors, industrial doors and sectional doors are also available through Greiner-Hiero. Regular service hours are Mondays to Thursdays from 06:30 to 16:00 and Fridays from 06:30 to 12:00; the 24h hotline is available every day.
