GREMCO GmbH is a company founded in 1990 and headquartered in Augsburg that has been providing consulting, development and delivery of components for high-tech cabling for over 30 years. The product range includes heat-shrink tubing (FITCOTUBE®), braided tubing (FITCOFLEX®), insulating tubing, PTFE and FP liners, multilumen and multi-durometer tubing, ePTFE membranes, wires and cables, solder and crimp connectors, and processing equipment. Manufacturing is carried out by extrusion (including PTFE powder extrusion with the longest extruders of their kind worldwide, hot extrusion with inline laser measurement at ±0.05 mm tolerance), co-extrusion and braiding. Materials include, among others, polyolefin, PVC, silicone, elastomers, fluoropolymers (PTFE, FEP, PVDF, PFA, ETFE), FP based on PBT, EPDM foam, fiberglass, copper and aramid. Customers come from the automotive, aerospace and aviation industries, medical technology, environmental technology, industrial technology, defense technology, rail technology, shipping and the food industry. With production facilities in Europe, the USA, Mexico and Asia as well as cooperation partners such as New England Wire Technologies, GREMCO delivers worldwide.

Quality management is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Depending on the product, abrasion tests to PSA/RENAULT standards (SGS), Water Entry Pressure and airflow tests on ePTFE membranes, and inline laser measurement on FP liners are performed.
