About GRIES Systeme
GRIES Systeme GmbH develops and manufactures environmental technology systems for the machining sector. The portfolio includes treatment and filtration systems for coolant (KSS), air injection devices, oil skimmers, chip presses and chillers for coolant temperature control. A specially developed cleaning system extends the service life of coolant emulsions by 3 to 5 years, reducing fresh water consumption and chemical use without the addition of biocides. The pressed-out emulsions and oils are treated with the company's own systems so that a condition comparable to new product is achieved; the resulting metal chips are recycled by briquetting. The systems are individually adapted to customers' existing machines. Customers include turning shops, milling shops, mechanical engineering and the aviation industry. Owner and managing director is Armin Gries, a trained industrial mechanic and master machinist.

Processes and Systems
Treatment and filtration of coolants
Extends the service life of coolant emulsions by 3 to 5 years and reduces fresh water consumption, chemical use and disposal costs.
Air injection into coolants
Treatment of coolant emulsions without the addition of biocides.
Oil skimmers
Recovery of oils and emulsions from production.
Chip presses
Pressing and recycling of metal chips, thereby reducing disposal costs and CO2 emissions.
Chiller DUAL-AiR OTS 300
Keeps coolants at a constant temperature of 21 degrees.
