Earthworks, Transport, Recycling & Concrete Plant
Grimm & Schmid AG was founded in 1972 as a transport company and today operates as a group of three independent companies active in the fields of earthworks, transport, recycling and concrete plant. The range of services includes excavation of construction pits, vibration-free rock excavation with a rock milling machine, excavation shoring, soil improvement, building demolition, general civil engineering work, contaminated site remediation and construction transport. At the recycling plant in Bubikon, mineral demolition materials such as mixed demolition waste, concrete and pavement rubble, rock and gravel material as well as excavated soil are accepted and processed into certified raw materials. The aggregates are sold as granulates, gravel mixes, crushed stone, sands and chippings. At its own concrete plant, recycled concrete as well as structural and civil engineering concrete are produced in accordance with SN EN 206 and delivered by truck mixers and silo vehicles. The offering is complemented by a hydraulic hose service, rental of a mobile crusher, winter services and commercial premises rental.
