Grimm Zuführtechnik GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Spaichingen (Baden-Württemberg), has been developing and producing customised feeding and automation solutions since 1989. The product portfolio comprises vibratory bowl feeders with sorting bowl diameters of 70 to 1200 mm, linear feeders, linear feed units, centrifugal feeders for high-speed feeding of up to 1000 parts/min, step feeders, surface feeders, conveyor belts, hopper systems, control units as well as accessories and system solutions up to production linking concepts. Sorting bowls are made of steel, stainless steel (VA/V2A) and polyamide (LiNNOTAM); since 2018 also milled bowl tops made of polyamide. The company works with a high degree of standardisation and a high in-house production depth, in-house design using 3D CAD (Solid Edge) and its own control unit manufacturing. At the Spaichingen site, production, assembly, control unit manufacturing, procurement, design, sales and management are all brought together under one roof on 5000 m² of production space. Since 2021 the company has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and supplies customers worldwide.
