About GrindingHub
The GrindingHub is an international trade fair for grinding technology and superfinishing, organized by the VDW (Verein Deutscher Werkzeugmaschinenfabriken – German Machine Tool Builders' Association) at the Stuttgart trade fair grounds. At the center of the exhibition are grinding machines, tool grinding machines, and abrasives. In addition, the entire production environment of grinding technology is presented, including software tools, process peripherals, and measuring and testing systems for quality management processes related to grinding. The trade fair follows a hybrid concept: alongside the on-site event, digital formats such as matchmaking, web seminars and conferences, as well as the communication of current trends and innovations across all channels are offered – also between the event years. The GrindingHub 2026 took place from 5 to 8 May in Stuttgart and attracted around 11,000 visitors and 462 exhibitors. The offering is aimed at trade visitors from the grinding technology, machine tool, and supply industries; languages are German and English.
