About GRITEBA

GRITEBA GmbH, based in Kilchberg (ZH), specializes in shaft covers marketed under the griteba-cap® brand. The portfolio includes round covers for shafts with 80, 100 or 125 cm diameter, square covers for frame inner dimensions of 74×74, 92×92 and 100×100 cm, as well as rectangular covers for filling stations and industrial applications, some with a concrete section or tub bottom. Products are manufactured as made-to-measure custom solutions in steel or aluminium and are hot-dip galvanized or available in all RAL colors. Service covers are equipped with lifting assistance and quick-release locks; square variants can be easily opened and closed with two gas pressure springs, also as escape shaft covers. Watertight versions keep shafts permanently dry. Areas of application are transport and real estate (oil, petrol, LPG and heating oil tanks) as well as the public sector for gas, water supply and reservoirs, plus tunnel construction and emergency exits.
