About Grob Aircraft SE
Grob Aircraft SE, based in Tussenhausen-Mattsies (Bavaria), has been building aircraft made from fibre-reinforced composites since 1971. The product range includes the G 120TP turboprop training aircraft, the G 520 high-altitude reconnaissance and surveillance platform, and Ground Based Training Systems (GTS) for simulation and pilot training. Over 3,500 delivered aircraft and more than seven million flight hours on five continents demonstrate the company's historical experience, which ranges from gliders through the first series-produced powered glider in composite construction to high-altitude platforms holding five world records. Since mid-2025, the company has been a wholly owned subsidiary of the Helsing Group. In addition to aircraft manufacturing, Grob Aircraft offers maintenance and repair, spare parts and service sales, and technical support. Approvals from EASA, FAA and UK CAA (including Design, Production and Maintenance) document the certified processes.
