Großekathöfer + Ottensmeier Beratende Ingenieure PartGmbB (formerly Fecke + Großekathöfer GbR) is a structural engineering consultancy based in Hövelhof with a branch office in Lippstadt. The office designs structures of all kinds – new builds, conversions and revitalisation – across all service phases. Its services include structural design and structural analysis in solid construction, prestressed concrete, steel construction and timber construction as well as engineering structures and civil engineering. As a state-recognised expert of IK Bau NRW, the company offers expertise in the fields of sound and thermal insulation; in addition, as energy efficiency experts, it develops energy-efficient refurbishment concepts and climate-friendly new builds. The team consists of seven engineers, experts and designers plus secretarial staff and trainees. Projects are calculated using the structural analysis software from Friedrich & Lochner as well as 3D finite element programs from RIB and Dlubal (RStab, RFEM). The office realises buildings for residential and industrial construction, public buildings, hospitals, banks, swimming pools and more in North Rhine-Westphalia and throughout Germany.
