About Grotefeld Kunststofftechnik
Grotefeld Kunststofftechnik GmbH in Bad Oeynhausen has been developing and producing injection-moulded articles and plastic assemblies as well as injection moulds in its own toolmaking shop since 1987. Its core competencies include consulting, cost estimation, project management, product design, article construction with Moldflow simulation, prototyping, tool design and manufacture, as well as injection moulding production, assembly and finishing – all from a single source. Common plastics such as PVC, ABS, PA, PC, PE, PMMA, POM, PP and PS are processed, including glass-fibre-reinforced, UV-stabilised and flame-retardant materials; the colour range comprises more than 100 colours. Injection moulding is carried out horizontally, vertically in the parting plane, using the two-component process and as overmoulding of insert parts, with component weights from a few tenths of a gram to 1,000 grams. For the window and door industry, the company supplies its own range of weldable corner connectors, drainage caps, balcony door handles, glazing blocks and accessories that fit common profile systems. Other industrial sectors are supplied with custom plastic components.
