About GROUP SCHUMACHER
GROUP SCHUMACHER is a medium-sized, owner-managed family business in its third generation that develops, manufactures and distributes components and wear parts for harvesting machines. Its core competence lies in the processing of stalks during the harvesting process – cutting, chopping and binding. The product range includes mower knife blades, mower fingers, section blades, rotor blades, straw chopper knives, knife heads as well as knotters and knotted shafts for balers. Production includes, among other things, forging (mower fingers), cold rolling of the cutting edges (rotor blades), induction hardening of the cutting edges, as well as galvanization and powder coating for corrosion protection. The group operates seven sites on four continents (Germany, USA, Brazil, Russia, China) with more than 600 employees; the products are used worldwide on millions of combine harvesters. Under the radura® brand, digital support for parts identification is additionally provided via the radura.info platform and the AI chatbot HarvestExpert.
