Pump technology with high in-house production depth since 1993
Grün-Pumpen GmbH has been developing and producing drum pumps, container pumps, progressive cavity pumps and pump systems for industrial applications since 1993. Manufacturing is carried out with a high level of in-house production depth in Germany; the product range includes pump units made of polypropylene, PVDF, stainless steel (Niro), Hastelloy C and aluminium, as well as drive motors in electric, pneumatic, explosion-proof and battery-powered versions. The pump systems are assembled and tested at the Alzenau site on 3,000 m²; since 2023, modern CNC technology has been used in component manufacturing. Graduated designs – from seal-less pump units via mechanical seals to magnetic couplings – cover flow rates up to 150 l/min and viscosities up to 100,000 mPas. In addition to standard products, customised solutions and special designs with short decision-making paths are created. The pumps are used in the chemical and petrochemical industries, in paints and coatings, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, the food and beverage sector, as well as in surface technology and agriculture.

Materials for every medium
Polypropylene
For pump units in contact with aggressive liquids such as acids, alkalis and vegetable oils.
PVDF
For pump units handling highly aggressive and concentrated acids.
Stainless steel
For pump units and progressive cavity pumps with requirements for easy cleaning and resistance, among other things in food and paint applications.
Aluminium
For pump units for conveying neutral liquids in all industries.
Hastelloy C
For highly aggressive and flammable liquids, especially in explosion-proof drum pumps (Hastelloy C4).
FKM
Sealing material, among other things as a wetted material in the laboratory pump GLP 25.
NBR
Stator material in progressive cavity pumps for viscous and highly viscous media.
PTFE
Stator material in progressive cavity pumps for media such as resins, paints and cosmetics.
