Grünauer Maschinen GmbH has been active in the field of turning and milling single pieces and small series parts since 1989. The company manufactures parts and assemblies according to customer drawings, 3D models, sketches, or sample parts and also handles simple design elaborations upon request. Turning is carried out exclusively on cycle-controlled lathes, milling is carried out on cycle-controlled machining centers with three and five axes. Plastics, non-ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as structural and tool steels up to stainless steels are processed; turned parts up to approx. Ø200 x 500 mm, milled parts up to approx. 800 x 400 x 300 mm are possible. The finishing of components, such as anodizing, pickling, electropolishing, galvanizing, nickel plating, or hardening, is offered through partners if necessary.
