The Gründungsfabrik Rheingau is a partnership promoting innovation and startup support in the Rheingau-Taunus district. Backed by Hochschule Geisenheim and EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, it offers founders co-working space in the Waas.sche Fabrik in Geisenheim as well as advisory services and coaching on the path from idea to company. The offering is complemented by events and networking formats that bring together founders, experts and business angels, as well as structured startup programs. Its own formats include the Gründungspreis Rheingau-Taunus and the Drink Innovation Challenge, in which teams pitch beverage ideas for prize money and a prototype production at Hochschule Geisenheim. Funding programs such as Hessen Ideen also provide regional startup projects with financing support.
