About us
Grüner Systemtechnik GmbH & Co. KG is a medium-sized, 100 % family-owned company with around 1,000 employees and, for more than 40 years, has been a machining specialist and system supplier for the automotive industry. The company machines aluminium and magnesium cast components on in-house developed machining centers with multi-spindle head machining – from transmission and clutch housings to engine, steering and structural parts, as well as housings, bearing brackets, electric motor housings and covers for electric vehicles. As a system supplier, Grüner procures castings on a project-specific basis on the market and delivers fully machined and, on request, assembled components to OEMs and 1st-tier suppliers. The complete process chain – from integrated process planning via tooling and fixture building, machine and plant engineering as well as automation technology to fully automated assembly in Merklingen – is covered with in-house know-how. The company comprises six sites in Baden-Württemberg and Thuringia.
