About Gruenwald Electronic
GRUENWALD ELECTRONIC GmbH is an EMS provider (Electronic Manufacturing Services) founded in 1976 and based in Berlin. Its core competency is the assembly of electronic boards in SMD technology, THT technology and mixed technology, including reflow, vapor phase, wave and selective soldering. The service portfolio also covers the procurement of components and printed circuit boards, layout and development, programming and functional testing, rework, assembly and cable assembly, conformal coating as well as board cleaning. Production runs in up to three shifts – from prototypes and small and medium series to series of several tens of thousands of assemblies per month, with a capacity of up to 9 million placements per month. Customers include more than 100 companies from across Germany and European countries, ranging from engineering offices to automotive suppliers. The company has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 2011.

Additional services
Quality Assurance
Every assembly is visually inspected by an AOI system; an X-ray unit checks hidden structures on a sampling basis. IPC trainers regularly train the quality assurance staff in accordance with current IPC standards.
