Family-owned AG with an international production network
Gruner AG, headquartered in Wehingen (Baden-Württemberg), is a family-owned manufacturer of actuators, relays and electromagnets with around 1,500 employees in Germany, Tunisia, Serbia and India. The company manufactures servomotors for HVAC, fire protection and building control (MSR) applications, custom relays for automotive, energy and charging technology, as well as electromagnets up to mechatronic assemblies. The value chain covers engineering, toolmaking, stamping, annealing, injection molding, winding and assembly – toolmaking and injection molding take place in Serbia, assembly in Tunisia and India. Customers come from automotive, building technology, medical technology, EV charging and energy management. Quality is ensured by in-house testing laboratories, production-accompanying QA and 100 percent inspection. As an independent relay manufacturer in Germany, Gruner is particularly active in the field of polarized-bistable relays up to 200 A.
