About Fabbri Group

Gruppo Fabbri is an Italian manufacturer of machines and films for packaging fresh food, headquartered in Vignola (Modena). The company develops and manufactures automatic film packaging machines (wrapping machines and termosealing machines) such as the Automac and Elixa series, as well as stretch and barrier films for packaging meat, poultry, fish, fruit and vegetables, cheese and delicatessen products. Film production takes place on 25 extrusion lines at the Vignola and Muzzano sites through compounding, extrusion and printing processes (blown-film extrusion, film slitting, flexographic printing) using PVC, PE and biopolymers. Around 500 employees generate, according to the company's own statements, 15 billion packaged units per year through a network of nine own service and sales offices as well as subsidiaries in Italy, Switzerland and France; more than 30,000 Fabbri machines are installed worldwide. The products are aimed at retail (GDO), food producers and the food industry in more than 90 countries.
