About us
GS Industrietechnik GmbH was founded in 1993 by Gisela and Gerhard Speck as an engineering and sales company and develops individually engineered periphery systems for machine tools. The portfolio includes chip and parts conveyors (hinge belt, scraper belt, endless belt), self-cleaning coolant filter systems of the compact and performance series, adaptively controlled high-pressure systems for tool cooling, and cooling units such as flow-through coolers, immersion coolers and heat exchangers. The systems are built from an intelligent modular product system (conveying, filtering, high pressure, cooling) and are configured together with the customer for the respective machining process. Customers are operators of lathes and turn-mill centers, both single- and multi-spindle machines, including machines from Benzinger, Nakamura, Index, DMG, GWM and Schütte AG. Since 1 May 2022, the company with its workshop has been located in the industrial park at Höllsteiner Strasse 25 in Maulburg, in the tri-border area of Germany/Switzerland/France, from where the most important centers for turned parts can be reached in about three hours. Since 2018, the management has been in the hands of the second generation, Alexander and Nicole Speck.

Products and processes
Chip and parts conveyors
Conveyors with hinge belt, scraper belt or endless belt for transporting chips (short to medium-length up to 150 mm) and parts, including intake boxes, chip chutes and connection to underfloor conveying.
compact filter systems
Self-cleaning coolant filter systems with slot screen filtration to 0.3 mm (350 µm), two filter stages, coolant tank with sludge scraper and Siemens S7 PLC control, suitable for mineral oil approx. 20 cst at 40° and cutting oil.
performance filter systems
Stand-alone filtration of the entire circulation medium to 40 µm (absolute) with double backflushing filter (polymer nonwoven or stainless steel fabric), depth and bag filters for hydraulically clean liquids and fine filtration for internal high-pressure coolant.
High-pressure systems
Adaptively controlled high-pressure systems for tool cooling, stand-alone or integrated, with significantly reduced energy consumption.
Cooling units
Flow-through coolers, immersion coolers and heat exchangers for temperature control of the coolant and for increasing tool life.
Low-pressure units
Low-pressure units for simple external cooling with constant control.
