About GSD Wärmetechnik
GSD Wärmetechnik GmbH has been active in heat technology apparatus engineering since 1955 and independently develops and manufactures shell-and-tube heat exchangers, U-tube and straight-tube heat exchangers, safety heat exchangers, steam generators, steam converters, clean steam generators for sterilization as well as tube bundles for installation in vessels and replacement tube bundles made to measure or to drawing. Calculation, design and thermodynamic optimization of all products are carried out in-house, as is the individual design of custom solutions. Manufacturing includes CNC machining, CNC turning, CNC drilling and rolling of sheet up to 16 mm in carbon steel and stainless steel. Materials used include boiler steels such as 1.0038, 1.0425 and 1.0565 as well as stainless steels such as 1.4541, 1.4571, 1.4539, 1.4462 and 1.4404. The products are used, among other things, in steam generation, HVAC/climate technology, sterilization and industrial apparatus engineering.
