GSN Maschinen-Anlagen-Service GmbH was founded in 1992 in Rottenburg am Neckar and is a manufacturer-independent provider of engineering solutions in the technology and service field of special machines, transfer lines and machining centers. Under the RE. product family umbrella (REtool, REtrofit, Reuse, REmotion, RElocation), existing machine tools and complete production systems are reused: through conversion, overhaul, control system upgrades to Siemens Sinumerik ONE, robot-based automation and relocation of individual machines up to entire factory halls. In addition, the company develops and manufactures special machine tools for milling, drilling and turning processes, including double-spindle rotary dial, duplex and line bore machines as well as the center-drive lathe MDM LS-20 for shaft-shaped workpieces such as gearbox, drive and rotor shafts. The process chain covers tool engineering, fixture building, NC programming and simulation through to machine capability studies. Key areas of activity are the automotive and supply industry, powertrain manufacturing and e-mobility; long-standing maintenance projects exist, among others, at MDC Power in Kölleda and Accumotive in Kamenz. With more than 300 employees and locations in Germany, Mexico and Poland, GSN delivers the complete process chain from a single source.
