GTG Gummitechnik Wolfgang Bartelt GmbH & Co. KG is a family-owned company headquartered in Gundelfingen an der Donau and develops and manufactures rubber and plastic sealing systems for the automotive, electrical as well as façade and window construction industries. The value chain covers the extrusion of mono, co- and triplex profiles made of EPDM and plastics, in-house profile tooling from the company's own toolmaking shop, vulcanized corner joints and mixed frames, as well as injection molding with clamping forces from 200 to 4000 kN for mono and two-component articles. In addition, profiles are painted and flocked, further processed and integrated into complete assemblies through systems engineering. Materials used include EPDM, CR, NBR, silicone, TPE, TPV, PE, PA, POM, PP and ABS with hardness levels from 25 to 95 Shore A. The company flexibly switches from micro to large series and manufactures prototypes as well as customer-specific special solutions. For more than 40 years, leading manufacturers from all over Europe have been supplied by GTG.
