About GTP Schäfer
GTP Schäfer Gießtechnische Produkte GmbH develops, manufactures and distributes riser systems (risers), auxiliary materials and related accessories for foundries. The product portfolio comprises exothermic and insulating riser sleeves such as THERMO-Riser®, PXT-PKXT-Riser®, POINT-Riser®, ECO-Riser®, FILTER-Riser, FIBRE-Sleeves and ISO-Riser as well as the NET-Technology® with defined break points (NETFrame®, NETCore®, NETSleeve®) for cost-reducing riser removal. In addition, special molding materials such as CERAPEARL 3D for one-piece cores produced by 3D printing are offered. Riser design is supported by application engineers on site; via SimLink®, material and geometry data sets are available for MAGMASOFT® simulation, and the GTP-ToolBox® serves as a digital data manager for foundries. Customers come from the foundry industry, including GF Casting Solutions, Eisenwerk Martinlamitz and VDL Castings Heerlen. Production of customer-specific solutions is possible from a single piece. The location is the Grevenbroich branch (Benzstr. 15), which is certified for development, manufacturing and distribution.
