About Gueng AG
Gueng AG is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer of precision mechanical components in metal and plastic based in Steinmaur in the canton of Zurich. Core competencies are CNC contract manufacturing (turning and milling, CNC and conventional) as well as complete machining to customer specifications, supplemented by sawing up to D 260 mm, thread rolling, welding (MIG/MAG/TIG), vibratory finishing (trowalizing), cleaning, assembly technology and metrology. In addition to contract manufacturing, the company has been producing its own products for around 30 years, including plastic pipe welding machines for PE, PP and PVDF, floor and parquet sanding machines, dust and wet vacuum cleaners, trowalizing machines and templates for food production. Customers include companies from industrial piping construction (oil, gas, electricity, semiconductors, district heating, water supply) and food production. Production takes place on the 5200 m2 factory site with a 1500 m2 factory building and a 540 m2 production hall added in 2017; logistics include intermediate storage and just-in-time or KANBAN delivery.
