About Günter Kunststoffmaschinen
Günter Kunststoffmaschinen GmbH is a mechanical engineering company based in Zwickau that manufactures bag-making machines, film welding machines and high-speed punching presses for macroperforation. The product range includes heavy-duty bag machines (AB/SP, AB/BB, AB/WS, AB/KB) with working widths up to 3600 mm, dynamic roll-fed machines with web speeds up to 150 m/min, bottom seal machines of the BSM, BF and BFK series, the FK 2000 drawtape bag machine as well as Dieck punching systems with working widths up to 5000 mm and hole diameters of 0.7 to 150 mm. Materials processed include HD-PE, LD-PE, PP, BOPP/COPP, CPP, composite and aluminium composite films as well as paper and nonwovens; welding is performed predominantly using the thermal impulse process. The machines are manufactured at the plant in Izmir (Turkey) strictly according to EU standards, among other things using technologies from Mitsubishi and Mazak. Customer industries include the packaging, food, hygiene, chemical, fertilizer and agricultural film industries as well as the automotive industry and automotive workshops. In addition, the company offers consulting, installation, maintenance, remote maintenance, spare parts service and the sale of used and demonstration machines.
