About Günthart
Günthart & Co. KG is a family-owned manufacturer of decorations for the confectionery and bakery industry. The company produces decorations made of chocolate, sugar, marzipan and various decoration compounds as well as sprinkles in numerous shapes and colors. A second pillar, for more than 40 years, has been the development and production of gift items, in particular elegant packaging with chocolate, adorned with porcelain figurines, plush toys and accessories. Production uses, among other things, couverture coatings and fillings from Barry Callebaut as well as Lübeck marzipan; in addition, the company offers private-label production for industrial customers. Customers include bakeries, pastry shops, confectioneries, boutiques and retail. Around 900 employees work in five countries according to IFS quality standards; the headquarters is located in Hohentengen am Hochrhein, with another production facility in Nong Khae (Thailand).
