Güstrower Schlossquell GmbH & Co. KG is a regional mineral spring in Güstrow, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The spring on the edge of town was already tapped in 1926. On the 8,000-square-meter company premises at Ziegeleiwiese, the company produces its entire range of mineral waters (Classic, Medium, Sanft, Naturelle), schorles, sports and wellness drinks, lemonades, carbonated soft drinks and organic products on modern bottling lines. The organization primarily operates a closed PET returnable-bottle cycle: bottles are blown from preforms, pressed and shredded after take-back and processed into new preforms. In addition, reusable glass bottles are cleaned and refilled. The sales region is Mecklenburg-Vorpommern as well as parts of Brandenburg and Berlin, resulting in short transport routes with reduced CO2 emissions. Company tours for groups are also offered.
