About Guggenberger Betonfertigteilwerk
Guggenberger Betonfertigteilwerk GmbH is a medium-sized, independent precast concrete plant based in Hofkirchen near Laberweinting in Lower Bavaria. Founded in 1939, the company produces floor slabs, double-wall elements, precast stairs (straight-flight and spiral), precast balconies, industrial building elements such as foundations, columns and frost aprons, as well as special parts such as well covers and wall caps, elevator shaft parts, bridge girders, beams and lintels. Production is largely automated on a circulating plant with a formwork and reinforcement robot and a straightening and cutting system, whereby the CAD planning data is fed directly into the production line; special parts are made in individual formwork and finished by hand. Materials are quality concrete, reinforced concrete and reinforcing steel. The value chain includes consulting, planning with its own technical office, production, delivery with its own vehicle fleet, and assembly on the construction site. Customers come from residential, administrative, commercial and industrial construction, industrial building construction and agriculture; the company operates in Lower Bavaria, Upper Bavaria, the Upper Palatinate and partly in Franconia.

Materials and Processes
Quality concrete
Base material for floor slabs and precast parts with a smooth underside thanks to production on polished steel tables.
Reinforced concrete
Material for double-wall shells, semi-finished parts, stairs, balconies and industrial building elements.
Reinforcing steel
Installed in-house as lattice girders and additional reinforcement and supplemented on site.
Cast-in-place concrete
Completes semi-finished parts and double walls on site into a monolithic overall cross-section.
Isokorb thermal break baskets
