GUIBE S. A. is a company specializing in the development and manufacture of special gearboxes and gears, based in Irura (Gipuzkoa, Spain). The product range includes parallel, planetary, orthogonal, hollow and solid shaft, oscillating, vertical, horizontal, coaxial and multi-speed gearboxes as well as cardan shafts, worm gear drives (Gatos mecánicos) and couplings. Gears are manufactured to customer drawings: internal and external gearing up to Ø5 m, gear grinding up to Ø2.8 m; reconstruction of parts without original drawings is also possible. In addition, GUIBE offers a repair and service department for gearboxes of all manufacturers, including disassembly, inspection, reengineering, diagnostics (video endoscopy, vibration and oil analysis), preventive maintenance, magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing as well as test runs on its own test bench. Industries served include rubber and plastics, steel and aluminium, sugar, test benches, mining and cement, conveying and lifting/cranes, paper, packaging and the tire industry. GUIBE is part of the industrial business of the GOIZPER GROUP, a Basque cooperative group, and supplies customers worldwide through its own subsidiaries and sales partners.
