Guido Faßnacht GmbH was founded in 1992 by Guido Faßnacht and is a manufacturing company for metal and sheet metal processing in Oberdischingen near Ulm. The company manufactures prototypes, small and medium series: laser cutting of flat and tube parts (steel up to 20 mm, stainless steel up to 15 mm, aluminium up to 10 mm, sheet size max. 1,500 x 3,000 mm), bending up to 3,000 mm length, punching up to 6 mm steel or 4 mm stainless steel as well as 5-axis CNC milling and profile processing up to 3,000 mm length. In the field of joining, the company masters TIG, MIG and MAG welding for steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Building on this, the company offers enclosure construction, frame construction, machine housings, jig and fixture construction and plant construction as well as assembly and complete assembly including electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic installations through to final acceptance. Development is carried out in 3-D with Solid Works; as a system supplier, the company gets involved already in the planning phase with manufacturing expertise and cost optimisation. Customers come mainly from machine tool construction, laser technology and mechanical engineering.

Laser cutting
Flat and tube parts made of steel (up to 20 mm), stainless steel (up to 15 mm) and aluminium (up to 10 mm) up to 1,500 x 3,000 mm.
Bending
CNC-controlled bending of workpieces up to 3,000 mm length with reproducible bending programs.
Punching
Steel up to 6 mm and stainless steel up to 4 mm at sheet sizes up to 1,000 x 2,000 mm (22 t press force, 20 tools).
5-axis CNC milling
Precise multi-side machining of all common materials, specialised in single-part and small-series parts.
Profile processing
Milling and drilling of profiles up to 3,000 mm length at max. 150 x 250 mm cross-section.
Welding
Welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminium by skilled workers.
Powder coating
Surface protection and finishing of components on request.
