About Pfiffikuss

Pfiffikuss is an organic spice manufactory on the island of Reichenau on Lake Constance. Founded in 2008 by trained cook Brigitte Honsell-Wussow, the family-owned company produces purely plant-based organic spices: seasoning blends, vegetable bouillons, spice mixes, herbal salts, vegan sauces, pepper and pesto according to its own recipes. The products are vegan as well as gluten-free, free of milk protein and lactose, and contain no yeast extract, flavour enhancers, monosodium glutamate or other chemically modified substances. In the manufactory, the spices are blended and filled, labelled and shipped by hand. The site includes a shop, an herb garden with over 100 herb and plant species with a visitor area, and a 24/7 vending machine. The company is certified as an organic operation by the organic control body DE-ÖKO-005 and supplies customers via its online shop as well as through retail in Germany and Austria.
