About Nordhessenliebe
Nordhessenliebe is an online magazine of Gutshof Akademie gGmbH based in Frielendorf (Gutshof Großropperhausen, Northern Hesse). The magazine tells stories of new residents and natives of the region, presents small manufacturers, craft businesses and special excursion destinations, and makes regional personalities visible as 'beacons'. According to its own statements, its goal is to portray 100 personalities in Northern Hesse and thereby strengthen areas of society such as business, crafts, culture, politics and media. In addition to the magazine, since 2021 the initiative has been holding the 'Zukunfts-Manufaktur' at Gutshof Großropperhausen, a conference with visionaries and encouragers from the region, as well as salon discussions in personal dialogue every two months. The operator is the non-profit Gutshof Akademie gGmbH (HRB 8366, Amtsgericht Marburg), managed by Ilona Dörr-Wälde and Rainer Wälde. The company is not a manufacturing operation, but is active in the field of media/regional marketing and event organisation.
