About GWK Klebetechnik GmbH
GWK Klebetechnik GmbH is a converting company founded in 1999 and headquartered in Solingen. The company converts and refines single- and double-sided adhesive tapes from renowned manufacturers (including 3M, tesa, Nitto, Scapa) as well as its own products, and manufactures self-adhesive die-cut parts, labels, sealing and damping tapes from them. Processing is carried out by rotary, stroke and flatbed die-cutting with cutting tolerances in the range of 0.10 millimeters, millimeter-precise on a fully automatic converting line, and by laser cutting for the finest contours, prototypes and small series. Finishing steps include perforating, printing, laminating and laminating/coating; materials processed include films (PP, PVC), fabrics, foam, paper, metal carriers made of aluminum, lead and copper, and ceramic fiber. Customers include the automotive, medical, aerospace, building, electrical/electronics and plastics industries; in the cleanroom, adhesive materials for the high-end sector are manufactured. At its 3,200 m² headquarters in Solingen (plus 800 m² warehouse), GWK is certified to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 as an authorized specialty converter for 3M Automotive and delivers worldwide with a focus on Germany and Europe.
