About us
GWS-Inova GmbH is a medium-sized specialist for heavy machining and a supplier to the capital goods industry, based in Gröditz in the Elbe-Röder triangle of Saxony. The company machines forged parts such as axles for crane and wagon construction, shafts for gearbox and mechanical engineering, as well as fittings for high-pressure equipment and power plant engineering. In addition, GWS-Inova machines cast parts such as housings, guide vane carriers, bearing pedestals and frames, as well as seamlessly rolled rings, for example wheel tyres, which are machined on the CNC vertical boring mill. The machine park comprises facing lathes with faceplate diameters up to 2000 mm, vertical turret lathes, CNC lathes, boring machines of type BFT 90 and CNC milling machines. Through long-standing contacts with stainless steel manufacturers, forges, foundries and ring rolling mills, and by involving local cooperation partners for heat treatment and surface technology, the company positions itself as an outsourcing partner offering machining, inspection and administrative services from a single source.
