About H&B Electronic
H&B Electronic is a certified manufacturer of high-precision plastic-metal components and connector systems based in Deckenpfronn in the Stuttgart metropolitan region. The core competence lies in injection molding of technically demanding parts, complemented by stamping, toolmaking, metal 3D printing and assembly. Engineering and manufacturing are combined under one roof at a single location: the range of services covers product development, tool design, injection molding and structural mechanics simulations, as well as direct overmolding of electronics and multi-component injection molding. Thermoplastic plastics, LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) and contact and stamped metals for leadframes and busbars are processed; mold inserts are produced by metal 3D printing from hot-work steel with conformal cooling. Customers come from industrial electronics, automation technology, medical technology and automotive – realized products range from micro-series to lot sizes of over 40,000 pieces per day. Around 300 employees work at the 13,500 sqm site.
